Early Years Department

At Abbey Gate we offer a warm, happy and caring Early Years provision where children can explore, develop and use their curiosity and imagination to help them make sense of their world. Our bright and colourful classroom provides a safe, secure and stimulating environment where children discover that learning is fun.

Small class ratios enable us to give your child greater individual attention. Parental interest is highly valued with ongoing communication prioritised to ensure the greatest outcomes for your child.

Children enter the Early Years at the age of three and remain with us until the age of five. The setting is run by highly qualified, experienced and enthusiastic professionals with overall management led by an experienced qualified teacher.

We offer a number of taster sessions throughout the year. Our door is always open for you to come and take a look around.
